Siddharth’s association with V Shah & Company is far from recent; He has been burning midnight oil to grow the company exponentially & has been a familiar presence on the factory floor since the age of 14. His early exposure to operations, combined with his modern academic training, enabled him to bring a fresh perspective and technical upgrades to the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Siddharth spearheaded the introduction of 15 state-of-the-art CNC machines, 10 BMC machines, 10 BTL machines, and advanced matrix thread grinders, blending traditional expertise with cutting-edge technology. This modernization reflects the company’s ongoing investment of approximately ₹1 crore annually in research and development.

Now the company specializes in unique product ranges largely untapped in India, including Japanese mini tractor parts, loader parts, snowmobile parts, lawnmower parts, and golf cart components. This distinctive product portfolio, now boasting an impressive 3 lakh SKUs, has become the company’s unique selling proposition, allowing it to capture markets that other manufacturers often overlook.
